I’m an HR professional with 5+ years of experience at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (Times Group), where I’ve worked across Employee Experience, Engagement, People & Culture and broader HR programs.

My core strength is turning employee needs and ideas into practical, engaging programs — from employee listening and Rewards & Recognition to DEI, employee communities, learning initiatives and organisation-wide engagement campaigns. I’ve worked on initiatives impacting 5,000+ employees across 18 locations, partnering with HRBPs, business leaders and cross-functional teams to take programs from ideation through execution and measurement.

Alongside HR, I have strong experience in internal and external communications, including leadership communications, employee campaigns, newsletters, digital content and employer-brand communications. I also manage BCCL’s LinkedIn content ecosystem, which has grown from under 150K to 400K+ followers during my tenure.

I enjoy creating things from scratch, solving ambiguous problems and finding ways to make employee experiences simpler, more meaningful and engaging. I’m now looking for opportunities where I can take on broader ownership across HR, People & Culture, Employee Experience or Communications, particularly in fast-moving, collaborative and people-focused organisations.
