I migrate legacy subscription data through Data Loader and import tools, create workflows and email alerts, and use reports and dashboards to improve billing performance. I also work with hospital administrators and finance teams to define autorenewal billing requirements.

Previously at McKesson Co, I managed Salesforce org administration, user access, sharing rules, security settings, data quality, and system configuration for healthcare clients including Aetna, Centene, BCBS, and Sunshine Health.

I use declarative Salesforce tools including Flow, formulas, assignment rules, and email alerts to automate processes, while supporting testing, user adoption, HIPAA compliance, and accurate reporting.
