I’m an Experienced Atlassian Administrator with 9+ years of expertise administering, configuring, customizing, and supporting Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, and Crowd across Linux and Windows environments. I specialize in Atlassian Data Center administration—application installations, upgrades, migrations, backup management, and performance tuning. I also deliver scalable workflow and issue-management frameworks through workflow design, scheme configurations, custom fields, and robust user access controls.
My day-to-day work is hands-on automation and integrations: I use ScriptRunner, Groovy scripting, JiraAutomation, and REST APIs to implement intelligent workflow behavior, scripted enhancements, and reliable service automation. I develop Jira Service Management implementations including request types, customer portals, queues, SLAs, automation rules, and notifications.
