I’m looking for remote, part-time, or contract opportunities where I can own operations, build SOPs/systems, manage CRM and workflows, and deliver accurate work in healthcare or client-facing environments—bilingual (English/Spanish) and HIPAA-aware.

I bring 15+ years of operations and administrative support experience managing complex, multi-client workflows across healthcare, staffing, insurance, and digital content production. I’m known for spotting workflow gaps, building systems that last, and delivering accurate, high-quality work without needing to be micromanaged. Bilingual in English/Spanish, I’m detail-obsessed and comfortable in HIPAA-compliant environments.

In my current client operations role (2021–present), I manage operations and client relations for 209+ hospital clients across the US, keeping complex workflows accurate and on time. I handle English and Spanish book production (including proofreading, translation coordination, and final layout in Adobe InDesign), review print-ready files for image/layout integrity, and support app onboarding and troubleshooting for Expecting Plus (web, iOS, Android). I also build and maintain SOPs, train teams on internal tools and workflows, and manage Zoho CRM, DocuSign, Basecamp, and Google Suite across client accounts.
