I’m a banking professional with 15 years of experience, most recently as a “Branch operations lead” at Hatton National Bank. I’ve built strong expertise across overall branch operations, credit, and marketing—backed by customer-focused, relationship-driven work.

In my tenure as a Senior Bank Associate and in an “Acting Assistant Manager Role,” I strengthened my managerial and administrative skills and became an all-rounder across branch operations and credit. I’ve also supported day-to-day functions across clearing, savings opening, cash, pawning, accounts opening, and related departments.

On the growth side, I’ve participated in several marketing campaigns and was specially trained as a sales and marketing person in the branch. With my communication skills, I trained new staff on all bank policies and procedures and conducted in-house training programs to develop staff knowledge.

Alongside my banking background, I bring solid education in HR and business fundamentals, including an MBA specialized in Human Resource Management, a Chartered Qualification in HRM, and a Certificate course in HRM.
