What I'm looking for
I am a detail-oriented business support and customer service professional who enjoys science and technology and brings strong organizational habits to every role. I take pride in maintaining clean work areas, planning thoroughly, and learning new tools quickly.
In my most recent role I assessed over 5,000 seasonal in-house business credit-limit requests and resolved Excel-reported errors using Compass, while regularly collaborating in team meetings to support product enhancements. I also created onboarding ECIFs and trained more than ten new employees, focusing on accuracy and process adherence.
I have hands-on experience across customer support, technical troubleshooting, production, and quality assurance—working with Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, Bliss CRM, Smartshoot and other platforms. I hold CPR Level C and have completed AI-related training, and I am currently studying biotechnology and cybersecurity to broaden my technical foundation.
