I’m a CIPD-qualified HR Operations professional with over five years’ progressive experience managing the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and offboarding to HRIS management, compliance, and HR reporting—across regulated, internationally operating organisations.
I combine rigorous attention to detail with a warm, people-centred approach. I’m especially strong in dynamic, global environments where clear processes and trusted HR support improve colleagues’ day-to-day experience.
Across my roles, I’ve owned end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, ensuring GDPR-compliant employee records, audit readiness, and seamless digital experiences. At Phoenix Group, I supported policy, process, and benefits queries, contributed to HR process improvements (including Health & Safety onboarding enhancements), and was recognised by senior leadership for elevating the onboarding function.
