I’m an Automation & AI Agent Developer who spent 16 years solving infrastructure, networking, and technical support problems, and I’ve since pivoted into AI-driven automation. While working full-time, I returned to school in 2023 (Computer Systems Analysis, in progress) and built hands-on expertise through practical certifications until I could ship production systems.

Today, I build automation and AI agent systems using Python, n8n, WhatsApp API (Evolution API), and leading LLMs like OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini. My personal project, CD Tech, includes automated prospecting engines, WhatsApp agents with persistent memory, and RAG pipelines with Supabase + pgvector—focused on real outcomes, not demos.

In CD Tech, I built an automated outbound prospecting engine in Python that generated 115+ qualified leads via WhatsApp, with a 7-step follow-up sequence, anti-block rate limiting, and Evolution API + Resend integration. I also developed a WhatsApp AI sales agent for BANT lead qualification with conversational memory and an intelligent handoff to human agents, plus a white-label clinic automation platform with 5 specialized agents, 69 automated tests, and deployability in about 40 minutes.

Before automation/AI, I gained a strong systems foundation through roles like Telecommunications Analyst and IT Support Analyst—managing LAN/WAN infrastructure, monitoring with Zabbix/PRTG, administering routing and switches, and supporting users with ITSM workflows (GLPI, Zendesk, Active Directory, ITIL). I’m now available for contract and freelance work in automation, backend, or applied AI.
