I'm looking to build AI agents, automation architectures, and reliable data pipelines that create direct business impact by eliminating operational bottlenecks.

At Ideia Business, I build AI agents, automation workflows, and data pipelines for Ideia Signer and Ideia Benefits using Claude, n8n, Python, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.

I've developed RAG-based customer-service agents, automated document triage, real-time observability alerts, and CRM data-treatment workflows that protect revenue, reduce manual effort, and improve commercial analytics reliability. I also work across the product lifecycle, resolving complex bugs, building features, and applying QA insights to product improvements.

Earlier at REDE IDEIA, I supported B2C and corporate customers with digital certificates, workstation configuration, security compliance, and technical troubleshooting.
