At MBC Negócios Digitais e Tecnologia, I build and maintain AI agents and automations for seven operations, working with sales, support and product leads to map processes and shape solutions. My work includes WhatsApp knowledge-base agents with human handoff, a curation panel for support-approved content, and a student-facing RAG assistant.
I also build integrations and internal systems, adding safeguards, monitoring and tests to keep workflows reliable. In personal projects, I created a typed support-ticket API, a webhook intake service with idempotency and retries, and a published full-stack app with more than 300 automated tests. I’m studying Information Systems at UFOP and use Claude Code daily, reviewing and testing its output.
