At Energize Global Services, I lead IAM work for Worldline SA, supporting an IDM environment with 1,000+ applications, 70k+ identities, and 100k+ entitlements. The work covers identity governance processes including JML, RBAC, PAM, segregation of duties, and access reviews.

I lead a cross-country IAM team and support operational performance through mentoring and operational support. I also coordinate CIAM processes with distributed client-facing teams and contribute to risk governance, audit controls, and application improvements through an Agile DevOps model.

Earlier, I worked across SAP consulting, application support, and business operations at IT-ECONOMICS, LOUIS DREYFUS COMPANY, and HEWLETT PACKARD ENTERPRISE. My experience also includes production planning at GREAT WALL MOTOR and logistics at HENKEL GMBH.
