What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex technology and transformation projects where I can improve delivery practices, align stakeholders, manage multidisciplinary teams, and solve challenging problems.

I've led complex digital transformation work at Atos Bulgaria, including an SAP S/4HANA data warehouse migration to Microsoft Fabric for a renewable energy client. I also manage data analytics, data governance, and executive reporting initiatives for public-sector clients.

As a Senior Project Manager and SAFe Scrum Master, I oversee more than 30 SAP BW/4HANA consultants across six teams. I manage delivery, vendor escalations, process control, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.

Previously at Attraqt, I managed multiple SaaS projects and led two cloud/DevOps teams while reforming Scrum practices and using KPI data to improve internal processes. At Diners Club International, I built the Bulgarian PMO from the ground up, establishing methodologies, policies, processes, documentation, and a database for 40+ active projects.

My earlier work at GTT Communications included delivering six-figure projects, improving service reviews to retain a client, and supporting an upsell that increased account revenue by 30%. I bring PMP, PSPO I, PRINCE2 Foundation, and SAFe Scrum Master experience, with a practical, consistent approach to solving difficult delivery challenges.
