I’m a PMI Certified (PMI-PMP) portfolio and program leader with more than 11 years of demonstrated success, focused on strategic planning for change initiatives and portfolio/program leadership. I’ve built and owned portfolio governance end to end—roadmaps, resource planning (including hiring Project Managers), budgets, RAID logs, capacity planning, and steering structures to help executive teams make decisions with confidence.
In my current role as Head of the IT Governance and Service Management Department at Postbank, I’m accountable for Project Portfolio Management and manage the overall IT budget (including CapEx and OpEx) of circa 60 million EURO. Previously, I led group-wide internal change portfolios with 30+ projects each, and I also led a large compliance program (teams of 35+) while consolidating PMO and IT Delivery. Across sectors, I’ve consistently driven process improvement, forecasting, risk management, and cross-functional alignment—mentoring teams and communicating portfolio/program status to C-level executives to deliver on time, in scope, and in quality.
