I've supported founders at Import2, Playwrk, and Teamlex by building commercial and operational systems, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and moving early-stage products toward their first users. At Import2, I rebuilt the Pipedrive sales operating system and closed and renewed more than $300K in client contracts, including six-figure annual agreements.
I'm now building Engible, an EdTech product that helps English language teachers turn YouTube videos into ready-to-teach lessons. I take products from research and concept through beta testing, using customer interviews, feedback, and practical operating processes to shape better decisions.
