At TheSilkyWay, I support day-to-day operations and independently oversee financial operations, reporting, and supplier relationships. My recurring reports cover profit and loss, cash flow, inventory, and sales to support planning and management decisions.
I also manage invoice processing, payment execution, and cash-flow planning across company bank accounts. I coordinate purchasing and production orders, and worked with the team on the operational setup for a retail expansion launch.
Previously, at hellotax, I designed and implemented the company's Zendesk environment and developed reports and dashboards for customer service leadership. At Teknosell, I coordinated software testing and project delivery activities, and supported users of an e-coaching platform.
