At Edge Tutor International, I led operational delivery across client onboarding, sales operations, and service execution. I also led client pilot programmes, coordinating teams across Recruitment, Product, and Delivery.

I took on de facto product-owner responsibilities for a client-facing platform, gathering and prioritising requirements with Engineering. I also built reporting frameworks and dashboards for forecasting and pipeline management.

At Third Space Global, I managed operations supporting a 1,500+ tutor network and helped reduce the time to act on identified performance concerns from around a week to three days. I developed SOPs, supported UAT and rollout for the Session Issues Management System, and worked with Product Development to automate tutor operations.

I started at Third Space Global as a Qualified Tutor, delivering online KS1 and KS2 Maths lessons based on the UK National Curriculum. My Information Technology for Business research prototype received a Best Presenter Award at ICACIT 2026.
