What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations leadership role where I can improve processes, lead remote or cross-functional teams, manage financial and operational performance, and strengthen service delivery through data-driven decisions.

At Wash On Wheels, I lead day-to-day remote operations for an Australian service organization, overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, scheduling, budgets, cash flow, banking administration, reporting, and KPI performance.

Previously at Omni Logistics, I managed end-to-end logistics and client service activities for international stakeholders, including global brands such as LEVI'S, GAP, POLO, and VICTORIA'S SECRET. I coordinated teams, vendors, carriers, financial documentation, payment arrangements, compliance, audits, client escalations, and Lean-based process improvements.

I've also supported data-driven decisions through research, reporting, logistics forecasting, data quality control, and operational analysis. I bring over eight years of operations leadership alongside Lean Six Sigma and logistics certifications.
