I currently process end-to-end sales orders and finance operations at Academian Inc., using Salesforce and NetSuite to validate purchase orders, manage approval workflows, and move orders accurately through the business cycle.

I've supported Order-to-Cash operations across sales order processing, quote-to-sales order conversion, customer verification, product validation, billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation. I handle sample, web, and direct POs while ensuring complete documentation and alignment with source records.

At CHCS Services, I guided team members, conducted training sessions, reviewed work for quality and compliance, and resolved client queries through chat and email.

My experience at Tech Mahindra and Shiv Shakti Wahan strengthened my ability to manage high-volume order entry, customer databases, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, returns, and customer support. I bring a process-focused approach to data accuracy, SOP adherence, and timely order fulfillment.
