I am an Order-to-Cash specialist with solid experience managing end-to-end cash application, collections, reconciliations and financial reporting for US clients. At Conduent I executed collections strategies, resolved payment exceptions, supported month-end and year-end closings, maintained SOPs, and trained new team members while consistently achieving high production and quality results.

I act as a subject matter expert who audits collection activities, mentors peers, coordinates with clients and banking partners to resolve discrepancies, and produces operational reports for leadership. I am focused on improving DSO performance, maintaining clean customer ledgers, and contributing to continuous process improvement.
