What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can solve technical customer issues, collaborate with product and engineering, grow my backend skills, and contribute to tooling and process improvements in a learning-focused team.

I am a Hungarian tech professional with experience in technical support and development, combining strong debugging skills with a focus on customer-facing solutions. I have worked as a Product Support Engineer providing Tier 3 support for enterprise CRM and Vault products.

I collaborate closely with Development, Product Management, and other internal teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues, and I use tools such as Postman, Git, SQL, MongoDB, and cloud platforms to reproduce and fix problems. I developed an internal permission-checker tool to streamline troubleshooting and improve team efficiency.

My background includes astronomy research and a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science (astronomy specialization), which sharpened my analytical thinking. I am currently on a working holiday in Chile, expanding Spanish fluency while gaining international experience through teaching, web development, and administrative support.
