I build partnership programs and commercial operating systems that turn external opportunities into measurable outcomes. At FlipHouse, I owned strategy, RevOps, GTM operations, and applied AI automation directly with the founders.

I designed and shipped SOFI, a production AI qualification system across voice and WhatsApp that achieved 89.5% automated lead coverage and reduced speed-to-lead from one to three days to under five minutes. I also rebuilt HubSpot as the pipeline single source of truth, increased qualified lead flow from 5 to 30 per week, and delivered integrations across Meta Lead Ads, Make, HubSpot, and VAPI.

At INCmty and Tecnológico de Monterrey, I directed the HEINEKEN Green Challenge across four editions, reaching 3,231 projects and scaling the operation from 200 to 1,325 projects per edition without additional headcount. I also created REDUX, a sustainable entrepreneurship bootcamp documented by Tec as the largest in Latin America in its category.

I founded HackSureste to build an entrepreneurship ecosystem across six southeastern Mexican states, and I’ve built university, bootcamp, government, and private-sector partnerships throughout my career. I bring the full system together: opportunity assessment, partner enablement, playbooks, operating cadence, CRM discipline, and the AI layer that helps programs scale.
