I develop commercial models, channel strategies, and market-entry plans; I also implement CRM architectures, automation workflows, and AI-enabled processes that improve execution, visibility, and scalability. As COO at Rainforest Venture, I redesigned processes, established operational frameworks, and built KPI and reporting systems to strengthen accountability and data-driven decisions.
Previously, as co-founder of Puntera, I standardized service delivery and built operational systems that scaled client work while maintaining quality and efficiency.
