At Ratio, I work on two UK community finance platforms: Comuno, a CDFI lending portal, and Finding Finance, a Responsible Finance introducer platform built to Lloyds' requirements. I wrote the routing and consent spec to support auditing under Consumer Duty.
I also specified API integrations for open banking affordability data and credit reference searches. I wrote test cases and ran front-end and back-end testing before release.
At Basesite, I built delivery processes from scratch for semiconductor facility projects, including an agile framework, a business analyst playbook and documented change control. I led a delivery platform migration to a fixed cutover date, with a dark day, redesigned workflows, user guides, FAQs and training videos.
Earlier, I delivered an ERP rollout across Portugal, India and the UK, moving paper processes to digital and running UAT in each territory. Through Andia Capital, my consultancy and contracting vehicle, I have worked with clients including Intel, Lipton and Mercedes.
