At LHV Bank, I own client onboarding and product launch projects across BaaS and payments, translating payment workflows into API integration plans. I work with client technical stakeholders and internal product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to take integrations from scoping through testing to go-live.
I also support pre-sales as the sole technical specialist and designed the Jira and Confluence workspaces, delivery workflows, and playbooks for the implementation function. Previously, at AMFG I delivered manufacturing software implementations, and at KPMG UK I specified a KYC onboarding portal and built and launched an Amazon Connect call centre.
