What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in an Agile environment where I can coach teams, drive transformation, mentor others, and deliver high-value fintech or enterprise solutions.

I am an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master with over 25 years in the ICT industry and 19 years in project management, including 10 years specifically as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach in Fintech and financial services. I have successfully championed organizational agile transformations and led distributed teams to deliver high-quality products.

My strengths include mentoring, coaching, change management and both agile and waterfall delivery approaches. I have managed multiple cross-functional teams across global locations, removed impediments, coordinated dependencies, and improved delivery cadence and quality through continuous improvement practices.

I hold multiple agile and project management qualifications (Scrumstudy Agile Coach, Scrum Trainer, PRINCE2 Practitioner) and am proficient with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello and MS Project.
