I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues fast, and support sales/operations through strong communication, targets, and daily efficiency—while continuing to improve my skills and learn new language.

I’m a customer-focused professional with 11+ years of experience as a Sales Executive in the IT industry, plus strong operations background from store management and reception/hairdressing roles.
