I’m looking for a role where I can coach teams on SOP execution, run brand audits, and turn market research into practical improvements—ideally combining operations, visual merchandising, and SEO to support sustainable growth.

I’m an Operational Excellence Coach with 5+ years of fashion retail experience, supporting franchisees with brand requirements and SOP alignment across stores. I connect day-to-day execution with measurable outcomes through structured coaching, clear reporting, and continuous improvement.

In my recent roles, I conduct and schedule zoom meetings between coach and store, then produce quarterly market analysis and franchise reports with recommendations, appreciation, and room for improvements.
