I’m a Business Process Analyst with hands-on experience investigating day-to-day operations, identifying root-cause inefficiencies, and re-engineering business processes for enterprise manufacturing and infrastructure clients (L&T, Dux Infra).

I’m skilled in operational planning, process improvement, KPI-driven decision making, and cross-functional stakeholder management, translating operational data into practical process redesign and recommendations.

In my current role as a Production & Operations Coordinator, I investigate production operations, reconstruct current-state workflows, and lead cross-functional teams of 5–7 members to improve on-time delivery and coordinate across production, planning, and client-facing functions.

I built a self-initiated Production Downtime Analysis Dashboard (Excel) using root-cause investigation and Pareto analysis—an end-to-end model with 100+ records, pivot-table views, and KPI tiles—to isolate the highest-impact downtime causes and quantify improvement opportunities.
