Eliasz Bykowski
@dexterbykowski
Infrastructure & AI automation engineer blending 15+ years of enterprise ops with agentic LLM systems to ship at speed.
What I'm looking for
I’m a dual-track infrastructure and AI automation engineer with 15+ years of enterprise depth and applied-AI execution. I modernise infrastructure by combining production-grade operations—storage, virtualization, networking, SAN, and data protection—with ITIL-aligned, audit-ready delivery and strong incident management.
On the AI side, I build agentic LLM orchestration and automation that removes manual effort in real operations: multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, MCP server integrations, local-first inference on dedicated GPU hardware, and n8n workflows. I ship quickly because I can own both the platform and the systems running on top of it—such as delivering a production Solana backend in 6 days and a 25-agent platform in a 48-hour sprint.
I’ve led mission-critical infrastructure work and integrations across Tier-1 environments—supporting regulated operations, coordinating cross-organisation incident resolution, and automating change-ticket workflows. I explain technical work in clear business terms, and I’m equally at home owning 24/7 on-call fundamentals or building the AI products that operational teams depend on.
