Operated high-availability compute, storage, and network infrastructure for mission-critical aircraft-leasing operations in a regulated banking environment. Automated ITIL change-ticket population using Bash and regex from raw alerts and provided 24/7 on-call support.

Delivered 3–4 live educational sessions weekly to a 2M+ global community on DeFi, on-chain research, and Layer-1 scalability. Produced AI-assisted recaps as an early applied LLM content workflow.

Tested and coordinated cross-organization validation for ServiceNow’s bidirectional ServiceBridge ticket-sync product. Served as lead technical liaison for major enterprise accounts, owning change plans, upgrades, and complex migrations with zero unplanned downtime. Delivered third-level support across storage, SAN, virtualisation, and networking, resolving P1/P0 incidents within SLA while translating technical findings for senior stakeholders.

Selected as 1 of 14 from 160 applicants to establish Pure Storage’s inaugural EMEA support centre. Drove lab setup, procedure standardisation, and knowledge-base creation, building deep expertise in PurityOS and Wireshark-level packet-capture diagnostics for RCA.

Ran 4–5 technical demos daily and designed implementation plans optimising RPO/RTO without disrupting production workloads. Delivered public webinars covering backup, replication, and disaster-recovery configuration for enterprise customers and partners.

Served as senior escalation point for a 200+ client base across Ireland and Europe, resolving complex server, storage, virtualisation, and network issues across multiple sectors. Led and mentored junior engineers and drove Lean Six Sigma initiatives that cut process waste by 50%, while maintaining near-100% success rate on mission-critical maintenance and disaster-recovery tests.

Owned the venue’s internal network and server estate after the original network and server staff departed, managing 20 physical servers, 4 ESXi hosts, and 50+ VMs. Planned event-specific wired/wireless network deployments and built end-to-end disaster recovery using Veeam; improved laptop imaging time from 2–3 hours to under 20 minutes per batch of 10.

Administered office network and infrastructure including Windows Server 2003, Fedora Linux, Cisco Catalyst switching, SonicWALL, and Dell servers supporting a TravelBox booking platform and an Asterisk VOIP PBX. Upgraded Cisco Catalyst core switches to 1 Gbps and optimised backup scheduling, improving booking-application performance by ~20%.

Completed a Diploma in Sound Engineering (FETAC Level 5) covering practical audio production with Pro-Tools 101 and 110.
