At Flow64, I designed, coded, and deployed FLOWer Recruit, an AI-native recruitment platform, and built four in-product AI assistants, including a voice-led Navigator. I combined deterministic ATS matching with LLM reasoning and structured outputs to keep scoring auditable and prevent fabricated content.
Through Hays IT Contracting, I built two AI-powered advisory platforms for PwC Advisory, covering technology portfolio and investment prioritisation, and IT asset retirement. I also integrated one platform with a logistics application built by another team.
At Apifonica, I onboarded enterprise customers to a SaaS voice and messaging platform and designed Dialogflow CX bots for voice and chat. I also built API and webhook integrations and supported customers with live integration escalations.
Earlier, I led cloud migrations and infrastructure work at 29Forward, SDL plc, and Nokia / Alcatel-Lucent, alongside enterprise support and service delivery roles. I’ve worked across AI systems, cloud infrastructure, and customer-facing technical support.
