I’m a Chief of Staff and founder’s operator with 11 years helping companies go from zero to one. I build the operational backbone, run the operating cadence, and turn ambiguous priorities into shipped outcomes shoulder-to-shoulder with founders—spanning investor decks and board prep through GTM and the messy cross-functional execution in between.

Most recently, I shipped a privacy-first fintech MVP end to end at Lumina Engine. In under three months, we took a privacy-first trading and settlement layer from concept to a live MVP on the Miden testnet, reaching 6,000+ users in week one—while running product, strategy, operations, testing, go-to-market, partnerships, and community, including signing 3 LOIs and securing $250k in grants.

Before that, I operated as Co-Founder and Director (prev. COO/CEO) at Linum Labs, owning the cadence (OKRs, KPIs, quarterly planning), forecasting, budget, and treasury across distributed teams in 8 countries. I scaled the team from 4 to 50, grew delivery from 1 to 15+ client engagements a year, extended runway from 3 months to 2 years, and acted as the link between clients, investors, and engineers on launches for brands including Vogue and Dolce & Gabbana (UNXD), plus DeFi protocols ether.fi and Swell; I’ve also stood up operations for Molecule and took an edtech startup from idea to funded product at Web3 Sanctuary.
