I’m looking to lead people operations and talent strategy for remote-first teams—building HR systems, transparent culture, and hiring pipelines that reduce time-to-hire and keep retention strong through change.

I’m a People & Operations leader with 9 years of experience building and scaling remote-first teams in fast-paced startup environments. I’ve grown talent and operations from 5 to 25+ contractors while maintaining exceptional retention through challenging periods by cultivating transparency, trust, and continuous learning.

At RareMinds, I owned full-cycle HR operations—employment contracts, onboarding, compensation planning, and conflict resolution across distributed teams. I also designed and implemented a custom ATS to streamline talent pipeline management and reduce time-to-hire for senior technical profiles, and I built recruiter-ready pathways by launching and facilitating two full internship programs.
