I handle Active Directory tasks, including account creation, group policy management, and access control. I also monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity and maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Earlier, at Millennium AutomationSystems Pvt. Ltd., I resolved client software and network issues. At ExcelData Service, I delivered IT training under the DDU-GKY project and maintained lab infrastructure; I also developed a PHP-MySQL blogging website and designed and implemented a home automation system using IoT.
