I founded Pakshara, a B2B packaging marketplace for MSMEs, and launched its first version in July 2026. I shipped a four-role marketplace with admin-approved quotes and automatic matching between quote requests and capable presses.
At Pakshara, I built a packaging rate calculator from NCR press costing methods and checked it against their quotes. I also matched a buyer with a partner press to fulfill an order.
For the Pakshara Dieline Engine project, I specced a parametric tool for 96 standard box structures, with 3D fold previews and press-ready DXF/SVG export, and directed Claude Code and Codex to build it.
At Mage, I compared product formats using unit economics, ran R&D batches, and tested the preferred price with a waitlist survey. As a Research Intern at RMSoEE, IIT Kharagpur, I cleaned and documented a Delhivery shipment dataset that became the base of my M.Tech thesis; my consolidation models cut trucks needed by 45–47%.
