I've built 0-to-1 products and operating systems across ed-tech, AI, and user-facing workflows, from a GPT-based SOP Builder at Yocket to an autonomous daily GTM teardown agent.
At Yocket, I helped drive the GPT-based SOP Builder to approximately 60% adoption among paid users by writing production prompts, reviewing guardrails, and redesigning its 50-question intake flow. I also co-led the MBA vertical, supporting $2.1M+ in scholarships while sustaining a 95% turnaround rate and 85% CSAT across 700+ premium users.
