What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build production AI products with real users—voice/RAG/OCR, strong CI/CD, and eval-driven iteration—while leading engineers and shipping fast with dependable infrastructure and clear ownership.

I’m a Tech Team Lead who builds production AI systems end-to-end, from voice booking to operations intelligence. I run a voice agent using Whisper STT and Gemini for intent, handling mixed Hindi-English-regional dialects for ~2,000 bookings per day with safe escalation to humans. I also shipped a React Native field-agent app to the Google Play Store (March 2026) with full release ownership, API integration, and post-launch crash monitoring.

I lead teams and design reliable pipelines: OCR invoice extraction with Tesseract, plus a RAG ops system using Pinecone and OpenAI embeddings for doc Q&A and alerting. Earlier, I built production RAG and async microservices in internships (Next.js + Pinecone/embeddings; NestJS with Redis queues and AWS SQS), and I keep raising the bar through open-source work like an ap-verify AI agent with vision-LLM extraction and real-data eval harnesses. I’m happiest where engineering quality, eval-driven iteration, and real-world impact meet.
