Led platform engineering task initiatives, contributing to roadmap and cycle planning. Managed and mentored a team of 3 software engineers and participated in architectural design discussions and code reviews.

Engineered a Redis-backed auto-ordering pipeline processing 3,000–5,000 of ~10,000 daily orders to reduce manual effort and increase throughput. Implemented Redis-based rate limiting, Redis caching for high-traffic workflows, and an auto-prefill feature for order entry.

Led a cross-functional team of 8 engineers through product development and delivery for an agentic AI audio internal platform. Designed the application architecture and set up AWS infrastructure, while managing cycle planning, task prioritization, and code reviews.

Led a team of 4 developers to deliver scalable product features and infrastructure enhancements. Architected and built the complete Sales module, implemented CDSL order marking automation using a Python script on AWS Lambda, and migrated AWS infrastructure from Ohio to Mumbai.

Integrated an API that collects temperature from 300+ milk tanks every 10 seconds, stores data in InfluxDB, and emits updates via Sails Socket.io to a Next.js application. Built AWS Cognito-based login using AWS Amplify and AppSync.

Migrated RedRoots India to Apollo GraphQL server/client with React and PostgreSQL and developed application functionality from scratch. Built permission-based login and views, purchase order and raw material management, a costing module, a user-facing salable application (Bonsaro), and a QR code scan workflow.

Worked on the ICICI Careers PAN India project with separate front-end applications (Admin, Recruiter, Applicant) connected to a single back-end server. Built applicant, admin, and recruiter features including job application flows, document verification, job publishing controls, candidate workflow steps, and Exotel-based interview scheduling.
