What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build AI-driven, full-stack products where I can own architecture through deployment, mentor engineers, and turn ambiguous product requirements into reliable software used by customers.

At XTEN-AV, I lead engineering for AI and full-stack product lines, owning architecture and delivery for a team of 5+ engineers. I set engineering standards, run planning and estimation, mentor developers, and take AI initiatives from concept to production.

I designed and rolled out XAVIA, an agentic-AI platform that turns natural-language requirements into AV system designs and drawings using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and vector search. I also led Reporting-AI, which has served 5,000+ queries for 2,500+ users and was showcased at InfoComm USA.

I built core XTEN-AV products including X.Doc, X-Pro, and Reporting-AI. Re-architecting the X.Doc proposal builder improved usability and increased user engagement by 50%.

Previously, I led delivery for client projects at Splice Global, building backend services for the AndGo ridesharing app and Mediminder medication-tracking system. I enjoy owning features from data modeling and APIs through frontend integration, AWS deployment, and reliable production delivery.
