I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent customer service, keep accurate records, and support day-to-day operations. I want a team environment that values professionalism, communication, and reliability.

I’m a Sales Assistant who values a positive client experience, clear communication, and accurate documentation. I respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, helping clients feel supported from the first interaction.

In my current role at Rodes Securities, Inc., I prepare, process, and maintain transaction documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. I also answer and screen incoming calls, directing them to the right team members, while keeping organized records across physical and digital systems, including Excel logs and other databases.
