I’m looking for a role where I can guide customers through complex cases, stay compliant, and lead with empathy. I want a team that values accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvement through coaching and strong communication.

I’m a Loss Mitigation Specialist with over 14 years of experience in customer service, leadership, employee training, compliance, and relationship management. I review loss mitigation applications and financial documentation to support homeowners through loan modification and hardship options.

I’m known for maintaining accuracy in high-volume caseloads while ensuring customer satisfaction. I assist with concerns, document activity clearly, and uphold confidentiality while meeting company policies and regulatory requirements.

Before my current role, I led daily operations as a Wendy’s Lead Manager, where I supervised teams, trained and coached employees, and supported scheduling and customer service management. I also built a foundation in customer-focused service as a remote customer service representative and as a cashier, strengthening my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
