What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented, results-driven team lead in account administration with hands-on experience supporting mortgage loan servicing, default & collections, and complex documentation. In my current role, I communicate with customers and stakeholders, retrieve and review electronic and physical documents, and manage time-sensitive processing, routing, and archiving to keep accounts accurate and compliant.
I also lead day-to-day operations by managing team queues, optimizing workflows, and driving key performance indicators. From investigating and resolving FCRA disputes to managing the end-to-end insurance claims lifecycle and overseeing forfeiture/foreclosure complaint intake and servicing advances, I focus on careful follow-through and strong customer outcomes. Before this, I worked in mortgage customer service and led restaurant operations as a general manager—experiences that shaped my approach to coaching, compliance, and performance. I’m currently seeking to expand my professional development and exercise learned skills in a new role.
