As a Customer Service - Team Lead, I provided high-quality customer service and resolved inquiries efficiently. I also coordinated daily shift operations and supported team members, maintaining quality standards while managing tasks in a busy setting.

In education, I plan and implement engaging daily lesson plans and educational activities aligned with the curriculum. I maintain an organised, positive learning environment that supports children’s individual development through attentive care and structure.

Currently as an Early Childhood Educator at Alpha Montessori, I organise and deliver Montessori-based learning activities tailored to children’s developmental needs. I manage daily classroom operations, prioritise tasks, and guide the teaching assistant to maintain high standards of care, organisation, and professionalism—while pursuing an MBA in Business Administration.
