At PT. CCSI, I performed post-activation monitoring, network hygiene verification, and site health audits for NR700, NR2600, and 4G LTE deployments. I fine-tuned LTE and 5G parameters through consistency checks, logfile processing, KPI analysis, and coverage validation.
As a Cluster Owner, I've managed end-to-end post-MOCN optimization, vendor swap integration, LTE and 5G new-site rollouts, site readiness, alarms, packet loss, and parameter compliance. I've also prepared and finalized SSH, PAC, FAC, and SQA reports for client acceptance while coordinating field engineers, riggers, implementation teams, drive-test teams, and customers.
I use TEMS Investigation, Actix, MapInfo, QGIS, OSS monitoring, KPI dashboards, and basic Python to investigate RF performance, analyze drive-test data, tune mobility and handover parameters, and resolve accessibility, retainability, payload, coverage, and long-term complaint issues.
