What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead telecommunications network operations or managed-services teams where I can improve availability, MTTR, SLA/KPI performance, and customer outcomes through strategic planning and operational execution.

I lead network operations and managed-services delivery for Telkomsel, currently directing daily operations across 1,133 sites and a 30+ person team through PT. Huawei Tech Investment. I delivered a threefold increase in SON L1 KPI performance and reduced average MTTR from over six hours to under four.

Previously, I oversaw Huawei's nationwide IOH managed-services project across 15,000+ sites, leading 316 field personnel alongside regional project and area managers. My work has included network recovery during force-majeure disruptions, SLA and KPI delivery, vendor coordination, and customer engagement across Telkomsel, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, and Hutchison 3 Indonesia.

Over 19 years, I've led operations, maintenance, rollout, commissioning, integration, and technical support across transmission, BTS, RAN, 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, BSC, and RNC environments. I use operational data, Power BI reporting, Agile practices, and disciplined team leadership to strengthen network reliability.
