At PT CCSI, I support Nokia, Ericsson, and Huawei network performance management for XL, monitoring KPIs and following up on performance issues across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G environments.

I built practical telecom analytics tools, including a QGIS plugin for interactive site and cell KPI charts, a before-and-after KPI analyzer, and tools for RF port unbalance, RSRP, and availability analysis.

Across rollout, NPI, drive-test, and RF reporting work, I reviewed network performance, tracked coverage impacts, and supported troubleshooting. I use QGIS, SQL, Excel/VBA, Power BI, and Python in telecom data and automation workflows.
