I managed schedules, milestones, KPIs, manpower, materials, and site readiness across workstreams. I also prepared management reports, dashboards, progress trackers, and customer updates.

My project achievements included 186 MOCN sites, 170 site surveys, 86 5G expansion sites, 4 new sites, and 18 oil sensor sites. At TELKOMINFRA, I managed deployment activities and supported delivery across 1,400+ Telkomsel CAPEX and relocation sites.
