Career. I have spent 13+ years in telecommunications and infrastructure: regional technical support for Huawei’s 3G and transmission network (2012–2014), eight years running operations at Hutchison 3 Indonesia across 2 data centers, 3 BSC/RNC facilities, 1,000 NodeBs and 350+ km of backbone fiber (2014–2022), then project contracts leading regional operations for tower and operator clients (Protelindo, XL, Telkomsel) and FTTH rollout for MyRepublic (2023–2026).
Working with data. Across these roles, weekly performance reports to management and customers were how decisions got made. I used root-cause analysis on performance data to lift 3G/4G availability from 97.50%/98.57% to 98.90%/99.26%, raise preventive maintenance from 86.6% to 99.7% and corrective maintenance from 58.3% to 91.1%, and maintain 99.54% availability across 1,400 sites. At MyRepublic I delivered 19,000 FTTH homepass in Q4 2025, recovering achievement from 72.6% to 105.5%.
Business Intelligence. Since 2024 I have formalised this practice: RevoU Full Stack Data Analytics (final grade 93.94/100, winning end-to-end portfolio project) and Microsoft PL-300. I built a three-page Power BI dashboard from Telkom Indonesia stakeholder requirements, using BigQuery SQL and 9 core metrics. I also run a personal SLA monitor that loads hourly checks of 20 websites into Azure SQL and serves them through Power BI, with row-level security and scheduled refresh.
Interests. I’m looking for remote BI, reporting or data analyst roles, ideally where telecom, network or infrastructure data is involved, so that I can turn operational data into decisions people actually act on.
