I'm open to relocation and interested in multi-vendor network performance optimization and Managed Services roles, including customer-facing technical coordination and escalation management.

At ZTE CORPORATION, I serve as Service Owner/PIC for network performance across 7,200+ sites in 300+ clusters for the XLSmart MOCN rollout. I work on KPI achievement and SLA compliance, supporting SSH, PAC, and FAC acceptance targets.

I analyze accessibility, mobility, retainability, throughput, and customer-experience KPIs, then conduct worst-cell analysis and RCA to plan corrective actions. I coordinate with technical teams on coverage and capacity issues, customer escalations, and acceptance.

At HUAWEI, I managed end-to-end performance operations for 2,500+ sites across 21 cities, covering 2G GSM, 3G UMTS, and 4G LTE. My work included RF and parameter optimization, coverage and capacity improvement, and customer-experience enhancement.

At HUAWEI, I maintained accessibility and mobility above 99%, improved retainability by up to 1%, and increased throughput by more than 3 Mbps. I used Huawei SmartCare and network monitoring platforms, and led and mentored RF Engineers.
