What I'm looking for

I am currently looking for a virtual assistant job, I have been to some few trainings and I believe I have what it takes to get the job done.

I have worked as a retention agent for almost three years. At my previous job in the retention department at Cell C, I handled inbound and outbound calls, captured customer details, resolved customer complaints, etc.

I’m known for being a detail-oriented, well-organized team player. I never miss deadlines, I’m a good communicator and I can juggle multiple tasks at once.

With this experience under my belt, I’m looking for an opportunity to take the next step in my career. I’m hoping to do so in your organization.
