I seek a role that fosters hands-on learning and career growth opportunities.

I am a passionate and aspiring cybersecurity apprentice with a solid entry-level foundation in IT support, cloud computing, and basic cybersecurity best practices. Currently, I am actively pursuing entry-level opportunities that offer hands-on learning and career growth while preparing for industry certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Security+, A+, Cloud+, and Network+. My skills include troubleshooting in Windows and Mac OS environments, along with a knowledge base in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace.

Throughout my professional journey, I have gained valuable experience as an IT Support Intern and Cybersecurity Apprentice at Diversity Cyber Council, where I provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, and network issues. Additionally, I have delivered IT consulting and support services for small businesses through my own venture, Innovative Tsaleach Enterprises. I am committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in tech, and I have a strong interest in supporting initiatives that empower underrepresented communities through mentorship and outreach.
